Bottom Line Wellness was founded by Rebecca Morgan in 2024, after a decade of independent consulting and almost 15 years in Human Resource Management. Rebecca stays current on the latest trends and regulations and partners with industry leaders to help clients make informed decisions and navigate the complex world of employee benefits.

With the Essentials Health Plan (EHP), we implement the Amaze Wellness Program, which qualifies employers and employees for FICA tax savings. Employee savings are used to cover the cost of the program and the supplemental options they select from. This results in the same dollar amount withheld from employees, while giving them more of the benefits they need. Employers enjoy the direct impact to their bottom line averaging $600 per employee in FICA tax savings and 20% reduction in workers' compensation and other healthcare costs.
We understand your team is busy, so EHP comes with a white glove concierge service to handle system integration, employee enrollment and ongoing care. We work closely with your payroll provider and handle all the heavy lifting. We can conduct group enrollment meetings via web conference or in person (for groups larger than 50). Employees can self-enroll or call for assistance and we'll walk them through it. Either way, we'll educate employees and support enrollment and onboarding based on the needs of your group, so rest assured your implementation will go smoothly, without requiring a ton of HR time. Additionally, there's no need to wait for open enrollment; the plan can be implemented any time of year without disrupting your current benefits.
